  Great staff, always very helpful. I highly recommend this UPS store if you want to use UPS as a shipping service. Unfortunately I find that UPS is a bit rougher with packages than Fedex in my experience, however that is not a knock against this store as they are great.

  In and out in 60 seconds, great and friendly service. Never been to one of these before; I want to go back just to hangout with all the nice people that work there.

  WARNING! This store hires thieves! I took a metal box of jewelry to this store and had it insured for $20,000 going to Tucson AZ. It was filled with gold rings, diamonds, coins, collectible bills etc., that were owned by an elderly lady in a nursing home. They demanded I open the already taped sealed box to see what was in it for insurance purposes. (I had to open the metal box inside the packaged box to show them it was jewelry and coins). The only person alive on this EARTH knew what I was shipping was the cashier (Joe) who packed it. When it arrived at the destination the box had been slit open from the bottom and there was nothing in it except styrofoam peanuts. They refuse to own up, they refuse to pay the insurance (stating I never purchased insurance-why would I open the box if I didn't?), they refuse any responsibility. The police investigated but say they "can't do anything about it since it was in between states". I highly HIGHLY recommend that you do not use this UPS store. This elderly lady lost a lifetime of her precious jewelry and coins. And they will not do a thing about it. They won't even question the cashier! Absurd!
